What each firm publishes for Visa / Mastercard. Payment providers, your bank or the network may charge extra, and a firm may offer a method only in some countries.
Ordered by our score where we have one; otherwise by the average user rating on app stores and TradingView, adjusted for the number of ratings. These ratings are the platforms' users', not a Wealth.cat score.
Paying the challenge fee by card
Firms that take debit and credit cards for the challenge fee each set their own terms. FTMO lists card payments as instant and free. FundedNext says card payments are preferred and that they give you the account credentials straight away. Goat Funded Trader, Lucid and Topstep accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and Lucid and Topstep also take Discover. Earn2Trade bills its subscriptions every 30 days until you cancel or pass. Topstep closes your account if you remove every card on file while a Trading Combine is active.
Rewards paid to a card
A card that pays the fee is not always a way to receive rewards. FTMO pays out through Visa Direct or Mastercard Send up to $20,000, with a minimum of $20 in closed profit. FundedNext pays to a card saved during the purchase, from $20 to $3,000 per request, and not in the countries it lists.
Before you pay
- Use a card in your own name. FundedNext cancels an order when the cardholder’s name does not match the account, and The5ers disables an account paid with a credit card under a different name.
- Expect a possible decline. Goat Funded Trader says many banks decline first-time payments to prop firms, and it offers an alternative card processor for that case.
- Read the payout methods too. The table shows which firms also pay rewards to a card.
