How to use it: a short screen recording

10 s, no sound. Recorded on October 12, 2026 with the calculator above; numbers are examples.

How it works

Position size = amount at risk ÷ (stop loss in pips × pip value per lot). Risking 1% of a $10,000 account with a 25-pip stop on EUR/USD means $100 ÷ (25 × $10) = 0.40 lots.

The result is rounded down to 0.01 lots so you never risk more than you planned.
