Who runs BitoPro
BitoPro (幣託) is run by 幣託科技股份有限公司 (BitoPro Technology Co., Ltd.), company number 90577481. Its terms are governed by the law of Taiwan, with the Taipei District Court as the first court for disputes. The site and the terms are in Traditional Chinese. All facts in this review were checked on 28 October 2026 on bitopro.com and on the list of registered providers of the Securities and Futures Bureau of Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). BitoPro’s help centre showed a security check that we did not try to get past.
Registration, not a licence
Taiwan requires virtual asset service providers to complete an anti-money-laundering registration with the FSC; without it they may not provide virtual asset services. BitoPro says it completed this registration on 22 September 2025 under FSC approval reference 金管證券字第1140350594號, and the company appears on the Securities and Futures Bureau’s list of providers that have completed it (updated 28 October 2026). Before that, in 2022, it had filed the FSC’s earlier anti-money-laundering compliance statement. It is a registration under anti-money-laundering rules, not a licence, so we list it as a registration.
Who can open an account
BitoPro’s terms say it does not accept registration by users who hold Chinese (中國), Hong Kong, Macau or US nationality, and it refuses logins from countries on the FATF blacklist. Note that the rule is about nationality, not only where you live.
Fees
At the base level (VIP 0: under 3,000,000 TWD of trading in 30 days, or fewer than 3,000 BITO tokens held) you pay 0.1% as a maker and 0.2% as a taker, or 0.08% and 0.16% if you pay fees with BITO tokens. Higher tiers lower the rates. Prices for one-click buys and recurring buys already include the fee.
TWD deposits and withdrawals
You can deposit Taiwan dollars only from the bank account linked to your BitoPro account, by ATM, WebATM or online banking transfer; deposits are free. Withdrawals go back to that same account, cost 30 TWD (minimum 100 TWD) and take about 5 working days. BitoPro says client TWD is held in a trust account at a partner bank. Its about page also mentions topping up TWD at convenience stores with a mobile barcode, but we found no fee or limit for that outside the help centre. USD deposits need a linked Bankee X BitoPro account.
USDT withdrawals
The fee page lists fees and minimums per network. Crypto deposits are free.
- USDT: 0.1 on BEP20, 0.3 on ERC20, 0.2 on Kaia, 0.1 on Polygon, 2.5 on TRC20, each with a minimum of 10 USDT
- USDC: 0.15 on BEP20, 0.3 on ERC20, 0.15 on Polygon, minimum 10 USDC
BitoDebt
BitoDebt lets you subscribe to BitoPro’s loans to borrowers and share the interest. On the day we checked, 90-day tranches showed 1.0% a year for BTC and ETH and 8.0% for USDT, and BitoPro takes 20% of the agreed interest as a fee. BitoPro calls it low risk, but your return depends on borrowers repaying BitoPro, and the coins can fall in value during the 90 days.
Not offered or not found
We found no futures, no peer-to-peer market and no proof-of-reserves page.
Before you open an account
- Check that your nationality is accepted before you register.
- Compare the network fees before you withdraw USDT; the receiving side must support the same network.
- Treat BitoDebt as lending: read its terms before you subscribe.
We have not tested BitoPro with our own account yet; this review will be updated when we do.
